![]() ![]() ![]() If you have a model with more than 16mb you can probably just load up the new IOS from your tftp server and run through the commands to set it as the booted IOS and delete the old IOS, if not, you will need to go through a process where you delete the old IOS and boot to rommon, then use the console cable to copy the new IOS from your tftp server via xmodem, using a program like HyperTerminal to enable the transfer over the rs232 cable. The 3750's mainly had 16mb of flash memory, which made upgrading the IOS a pain in the ass (some models have more, but you'll need to look up what you have to figure this out). Firstly, look up the most current IOS version available for the model on cisco's website.
